Bear-Trap

If you go out in the woods today
You’re sure of a big surprise.
You’re here because of what you weigh
And leaving would be unwise.

For every bear who’s overweight
Will eat the sprouts upon their plate
Today’s the day the gummi bears go to Fa-a-a-at Camp.

If you go out in the woods today,
You’d better not think to run.
To lock you in would seem cliché,
Medieval traps are more fun.

For every bear who ever defies
Will surely be sternly chastised.
Today’s the day the gummi bears go to Fa-a-a-at Camp.

Ex-er-cise for gummi bears,
The little gummi bears shall wish they weren’t so corpulent.
Watch them sweat through underwear,
They power walk without an argument.
See them tensely glance about.
The counselors then shout, “Play basketball and four squa-a-a-are!”
At six o’clock the overhead speakers will force them to go on
Because they’re tired little gummi bears.

But every gummi bear who’s good
Is sure of a treat today.
Those that discipline withstood
Get skinless chicken fillets.

Beneath the trees, where nobody sees
Are traps and snares and things that displease.
Today’s the day the gummi bears go to Fa-a-a-at Camp.
